A permit for a Vaxholm home tests its position and design against the plot's rules. Near the water, a separate shoreline-protection exemption may also be needed. On Bogesundslandet and Kullön, the protected area can extend 300 metres from shore. Check the property's protection and plan before commissioning drawings.
