Build a house in Åstorp Municipality

Åstorp’s digital plot queue lets you choose Åstorp, Nyvång, Kvidinge and Hyllinge, individually or together. When plots are offered, applicants at the front of the queue rank their choices. An allocated plot is reserved for one month while the purchase is arranged.

Åstorp’s planning page explains that a detailed plan controls what, where and how you can build. The municipality specifically warns that the Tjurslätt 1:1 plan in Kvidinge is missing from the linked plan map. A blank map there does not mean the plot has no rules.

Åstorp accepts permit applications through its e-service or as PDF documents by email to the permit office. The office checks whether an application is complete and may request more drawings. Building may begin only after a start notice and when the conditions following the permit decision are met.

Åstorp directs public water and sewage questions to NSVA. Its plot page also treats VA connection as a separate step and cost beyond buying the land. Connection possibilities need to be checked for each property.

Åstorp’s drawing guide says a new-build map is needed for a detached building over 50 square metres. It shows ground conditions and any public VA connection information. You then draw the proposed house on the map.

Åstorp’s outdoor guide describes lit exercise trails in Hyllinge, Kvidinge and Tingvalla. Tingvalla is at Söderåsen, while the Hyllinge and Kvidinge trails have different local settings. Outdoor options therefore differ between the four towns in the plot queue.
