Build a house in Ängelholm Municipality

Ängelholm allocates municipal house plots through a personal queue. It currently shows plots in Strövelstorp and Össjö, but availability can change. When offered a plot, you can reserve it for three months while considering a house and financing.

Ängelholm municipality is the principal for its public water and sewage network. A property owner must send a VA application to its VA unit before connection. The service areas for drinking water, wastewater and stormwater can have different boundaries.

Ängelholm’s mapping unit normally uses a full new-build map for a new main house within a detailed plan. Outside a detailed plan, it normally uses a simplified new-build map. Both involve a site visit and measurements, but contain different details.

Ängelholm’s nature guide describes Nybroskogen between Rönne å and Havsbaden and the larger Kronoskogen near the coast. These offer walking and exercise near town, but the journey differs from a place such as Össjö.
